Universal Access

The Government’s Universal Access initiative is a commitment that 4 year old children will have access to 15 hours of Preschool education, conducted by an Early Childhood Education qualified teacher. The funding that this initiative provides is designed to improve the quality of Early Childhood Education nationally and is intended to help offset the increased costs of employing additional appropriately trained teachers. The Universal Access funding has no impact on existing ELC fees, but assists us in our commitment to providing the best quality educational programme for your child by enabling the School to employ two Early Childhood Education qualified teachers.
